into your home. All of our service representatives are required to wear a uniform and/or an ID badge so you can
quickly and easily identify them. Our vehicles are clearly marked with our company logos. Our policies call for home
visits to be scheduled in advance with customers.
We urge all customers to be on the alert for imposters posing as company representatives. Call our Customer Service
Department to verify the authenticity of the water utility representative before you let them in.
