Bernadette Sohler

Vice President Corporate Affairs

Ms. Sohler joined the Company in 1994 and was named Director of Communications in 2003 and promoted to Vice President – Corporate Affairs in March 2007 with responsibilities for corporate, investor and employee communications, media and government relations, marketing, community affairs and corporate philanthropic activities. She also serves as Vice President of Utility Service Affiliates, Inc. Ms. Sohler is a fellow of Leadership New Jersey (Class of 2007). She serves as Co-chair of the Public Information Committee of the New Jersey section American Water Works Association and is past president of the Woodbridge Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Prior to her hire, Ms. Sohler held marketing and public relations management positions in the financial services industry. Ms. Sohler is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and the Public Relations Society of America.
