Jeffries Shein

JEFFRIES SHEIN, age 68, became a director of the Company in 1990. He is a Managing Partner of JGT Management Co., LLC, a management and investment firm, since 2003 and formerly a Partner of Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates, Woodbridge, New Jersey, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, since 1972. He is a Director of Raritan Bay Medical Center and a Director of The Provident Bank. Mr. Shein is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating Committee and a Member of the Corporate Governance Committee, Pension Committee and the ad hoc Pricing Committee.
