John R. Middleton, M.D.

JOHN R. MIDDLETON, M.D., age 63, became a director of the Company in 1999. He is the former Chair of the Department of Medicine and former Chief Medical Officer of Raritan Bay Medical Center and is currently engaged in the private practice of Infectious Diseases. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America. Dr. Middleton is a Member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.
