John C. Cutting

JOHN C. CUTTING, age 71, became a director of the Company in 1997. Prior to his retirement he served as Senior Engineer, Science Applications International Corporation, specialists in information, energy and military systems, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is Chairman of the Pension Committee and Capital Improvement Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee and ad hoc Pricing Committee. Mr. Cutting serves as a Director of Tidewater Utilities, Inc. (TUI), Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc. and White Marsh Environmental Systems, Inc.
