Annette Catino

ANNETTE CATINO, age 51, became a director of the Company in 2003. She is President and CEO of QualCare Alliance Networks, Inc., Piscataway, New Jersey, a managed care organization, since 1991, of which she serves as a Director. Ms. Catino is a Director of Caucus NJ Educational Corporation, Northfield Savings Bank, Corp. and The Val Skinner Foundation. Ms. Catino is Chairwoman of the ad hoc Pricing Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee, the Capital Improvement Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Nominating Committee.
